2020 Holiday in the Gardens had some changes, sadly due to the COVID Pandemic. However the gardens were still beautiful!
Tree decorating began on Tuesday, December 1, and all trees were to be decorated no later than Saturday, December 5. Allowing five days to decorate eliminates the possibility of too many people in the Gardens at one time. There was no music, food, or entertainment.
The location for the Poinsettia Planting changed to the Nature Coast Botanical Gardens 1489 Parker Ave. Spring Hill. Poinsettias were brought to the gardens, December 5 - 12 during daylight hours and were placed in the front circle garden near the parking lots. A memorial plant stake in memory of your loved one was placed in your plant. Members brought the stakes like icicles to the poinsettia tree located in the Poinsettia Garden found in the back of the Botanical Gardens.
