TP PET LOVERS PICNIC March 2016

We had a lovely picnic/ get together at Nature Coast Botanical Gardens on Friday, the 18th! I was quite surprised that more folks did not come and take advantage of this fabulous and peaceful place to walk their dogs. I honestly was not aware that it was available to the public for taking their leashed dogs for a stroll, until member, Marion Sanborn informed us about it. Thanks so much, Marion. This place is truly a treasure. The Gardens are located at 1489 Parker Ave, right off of Spring Hill Blvd near Hwy 19. By the way, all of the paths are covered with shredded bark/mulch and are very easy on doggy feet. There are picnic tables in the Rose Garden. Donations are appreciated. Of course, as great and conscientious club members, we should always pick up after our dogs, and leave the Gardens in their pristine condition.
