Checks for bricks are to be made payable to the Spring Hill Garden Club. The garden club is a 501c(3) corporation and your donation is tax-deductible. Your check and completed form are to be mailed to the Spring Hill Garden Club, P. O. Box 3504, Spring Hill, FL 34606.
When your check is received, we will match it with the request form.
You can also bring a check into the Nursery on Sat, Mon, or Wed morning from 9-12.
Once the order is submitted, it takes approximately (4) weeks to receive the engraved brick. You will be notified when the brick arrives and is ready to be placed in the garden.
